At the Aardman Academy, we’re passionate about helping young people develop creative and technical skills through animation.

Our programmes are designed to teach storytelling, character design, and animation techniques while encouraging creative problem-solving and innovative thinking.
We work with schools, colleges, clubs, and charities to deliver engaging learning experiences — from our free "Animate! with Aardman" course to bespoke workshops and teacher training.
Our team understands the education sector and creates tailored sessions that inspire young people and give them the confidence to tackle challenges creatively.
"Animate! with Aardman" is a free, online animation course for young people, created by Aardman and delivered through Into Film. Designed for ages 7 to 11, it introduces key animation techniques, encouraging creativity and problem-solving. It’s available for free to schools and home educators in the UK.
