At Aardman Academy, we know that animation demands a unique approach to writing; visual, economical, and deeply connected to movement.

This 5-week intensive course is designed for animators, writers, and storytellers who want to learn the craft of writing for animation in a collaborative studio setting.

Each week combines screenings, lectures, writing labs, and peer critique, building towards a final graduation event: a live read-through of your script in the Aardman Cinema.
